The sound was nice, the pairing was so easy anytime I had to switch to another cell phone (personal/business).Recently, I found the item again after a couple years of no use & thankfully it started up & paired without issue.However, I've tried dialing with it & I've tried answering my iPhone with it & there's no sound in my ear. Can't tell if it's on a mute mode, or if the speaker is just done.Can't say I didn't get the use I needed out of it, but now when the fines are high & police are looking for people using their phones I kind of need it to work now more than ever.Good all around
